  • 2-3 Russet potatoes, approx. same size, each cut into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, melted
  • 1 and ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dry seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Combine all spices and seasoning into food processor with panko crumbs.
  3. Pulse a few times until combined.
  4. Add wedges and melted butter into gallon bag.
  5. Add melted butter and toss well.
  6. Take each wedge and a small handful of the seasoned crumb and press around wedges to heavily coat.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes, flip carefully, bake for another 10-15 minutes until both sides golden.
