Crispiest Baked Potato Wedges

- 2-3 Russet potatoes, approx. same size, each cut into 8 wedges
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 and ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon ranch dry seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
- ¼ teaspoon seasoning salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine all spices and seasoning into food processor with panko crumbs.
- Pulse a few times until combined.
- Add wedges and melted butter into gallon bag.
- Add melted butter and toss well.
- Take each wedge and a small handful of the seasoned crumb and press around wedges to heavily coat.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, flip carefully, bake for another 10-15 minutes until both sides golden.
